The Lampton Leisure gyms in the borough of Hounslow have resumed group exercise classes with restricted number of participants and hygiene policies.

If possible, bring your own yoga mat and sitting block or cushion, additionally to everything else you might need, like drinking water and a blanket or shawl for deep relaxation. If you do not have your own yoga mat (yet), there are mats and sitting blocks available at the leisure centres. Please adhere to reasonable social distancing and hygiene requirements.

either through the center’s website (use above links) or the Lampton Leisure app. If you walk in without booking in advance, you still can attend if there are free spaces.
